The Sierra Superior Court Announces Revisions To Local Rules

The Sierra County Superior Court invites comment on the proposed update to its Local Rules of Court, effective July 1, 2026.  A complete copy of the updated Local Rules and proposed amendments can be found on the Court’s website at www.sierra.courts.ca.gov.

The Court will accept comments through April 25, 2026. Comments must be submitted in writing via e-mail to superiorcourt@sierracourt.org or by mail to the attention of Court Administration.
