Sierra County Sheriff’s Office and Public Works released a Public Safety Update.  Please contact the Clerk’s Office at (530) 289-3698 or superiorcourt@sierracourt.org before traveling to the courthouse.

COVID-19 Protocols:

 If you are sick or have respiratory symptoms, a fever or a cough, please do not come to the courthouse.  Please contact your attorney, call the Court at (530) 289-3698, or proceed to the Remote Appearance page. The Court will continue to take reasonable safety precautions to keep the public, court staff, judicial officers and others safe.

The court will be closed on the following holidays. If the filing date of your document falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or court holiday, the document is due the next court business day.
