Tentative Rulings

What Is a Tentative Ruling?

Prior to a hearing, the Court may issue a tentative ruling. The tentative ruling will become the order of the Court, and no hearing will be held, unless a party requests an appearance. A party requesting an appearance must advise the department clerk and the opposing party no later than 3:00 p.m. on the court day before the hearing.
